Welcome to the RMA Advantage Program, a frequent rider program designed to reward you for your patronage. RMA Advantage allows you to accumulate frequent rider points with every trip you take.
Here is how the program works:
Earning Points:
One (1) point is awarded for each dollar spent on RMA transportation services!
Rewards:
Every 50 points can be redeemed for $1 of future transportation service. Example: 2500 points = $50 of future transportation service.
Redemption:
Phone Reservations: Just let your agent know you would like to pay with your Frequent Rider Points.
Online Reservations: You will have the option of using Frequent Rider Points as your payment option.
Enrollment is simple and FREE. If you are new to RMA, please fill out the profile request form and email it to customerservice@rmalimo.com. If you have an existing profile, call our reservations department to be set up or you may simply email a request with your name and/or profile number to customerservice@rmalimo.com.
